Kimley-Horn and Associates Selects Ultimate Software’s UltiPro for Greater Visibility into Its Workforce
Ultimate Software (ULTI), a leading cloud provider of people management solutions, announced today that Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc., a 1,600-person engineering and design consulting firm with more than 60 offices across the U.S., has selected the UltiPro solution to provide the company with in-depth workforce analytics, strategic HCM capabilities, and quality customer service.
Kimley-Horn provides planning and design consulting services related to transportation, aviation, the environment, land development, transit, urban planning/landscape architecture, and water resources. Because it is a government contractor, the firm needs to quickly extract accurate details about its workforce and talent management processes through strategic business intelligence and day-to-day reporting. With complex business requirements for detailed information gathering and analysis, Kimley-Horn’s HR and finance teams decided to replace the payroll service bureau and HR system it has been using with a human capital management solution that included a comprehensive HR feature set, strong payroll engine, and extensive real-time reporting capabilities. Kimley-Horn chose UltiPro in December 2011.
