AnyDoc Software Announces Its AnyDoc®EXCHANGEit® Solution Has Achieved SAP-Certified Integration with SAP® Applications
TAMPA, FL — July 3, 2012 — AnyDoc Software, a leading provider of automated document, data capture, and classification solutions, announced today that its data transfer tool AnyDoc®EXCHANGEit® version 5.1.12 has achieved SAP-certified integration with SAP applications. Through the integration, AnyDoc EXCHANGEit transfers captured data to the SAP ERP 6.0 application—including necessary invoice data such as line item details, total amounts, invoice numbers, etc.
The SAP Integration and Certification Center has certified that AnyDoc EXCHANGEit 5.1.12 integrates with SAP ERP 6.05. AnyDoc EXCHANGEit has demonstrated capabilities to post invoices automatically to SAP ERP.
With simple drag-and-drop functionality, AnyDoc EXCHANGEit is an efficient tool for moving data and documents from AnyDoc’s data capture solution, OCR for AnyDoc®, to SAP applications. AnyDoc EXCHANGEit’s certified integration with SAP solutions helps to provide a bridge for invoice documents and invoice data. The software can be set up to allow the quick transfer of data on–the-fly or the scheduling of transfers to occur at an optimal time according to a customer’s business practices and organizational resources.
AnyDoc’s solutions provide the most accurate and efficient document classification and data extraction software available today, including applications for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable departments. Incoming invoices, remittances, and checks can simply be scanned and the software does the work, allowing accounting departments to replace manual data entry with an automated data capture solution.
