A Best-Practice Approach to Quickly Implement ERP Software

Users choose the QuickStart predefined industry template that they need based upon their industry and module choices. Each industry template was developed using industry best practices and includes pre-configured databases and settings, complete process documentation and a turnkey project implementation roadmap. Customers choose from one of three Service Levels that determine how the implementation is carried out.

After choosing the appropriate QuickStart template, customers then choose from one of three Service Levels options based upon the amount of individual implementation ownership they wish to take. Service Levels range from customers who would like Exact to take full responsibility for project management and all required procedures until the application is live to those who have the comfort level to take responsibility internally for project management and the majority of implementation of all test procedures and go-live responsibilities for the application.
