Corecon Announces Three New Construction Software Options
CoreconTechnologies Introduces Three New Editions to its Corecon V7 Online Construction Software Suite. AEC industry professionals now have five Corecon V7 construction software options to meet their individual business requirements.

The newCollaboration, Standard and Estimating Only Editions of Corecon V7 arespecifically designed to provide value to architecture, engineering andconstruction (AEC) firms that do not require all the functionality included inthe current Project Management and Pro Editions.
CoreconV7 provides firms complete visibility into every facet of construction projectmanagement and includes modules for business development, estimating, contractadministration, procurement, time tracking, document control, correspondence,and scheduling. The new Standard Edition is designed for smallerfirms such as remodelers who do not need all of the correspondencedocumentation features found in the Pro and Project Management Editions, butprimarily need estimating and job costing software. Companies that choose thisEdition will also be able to use the CoreconLink utilities to integrate withvarious accounting packages including QuickBooks, Sage Simply Accounting andMYOB.
TheCorecon V7 Estimating Only Editionwas developed for companies that are looking for an estimating and bidmanagement solution to aid with tracking and securing projects. This solutionwill allow firms to track leads, identify when bids are due, develop a costdatabase, prepare estimates and manage the bid solicitation process usingRequest for Pricing (RFP) Packages which are integrated with the estimate. Leadtracking Dashboards are also available with this Edition for reviewing win/lossratios.
TheCollaboration, Standard, and Estimating Only Editions are affordably priced at$20-$40 per user, per month. Corecon also offers discounts for five or moreusers. This compares to the Pro and Project Management Editions which areoffered at $50-$60 per user, per month.
