In addition, he has authored a White Paper for the SMPS Foundation entitled International Success in the A/E/C World – Benchmarks and Best Practices.

A registered Professional Engineer, LEED Accredited Professional, and Certified Professional Services Marketer with over twenty-five years of experience, Bill possesses a Bachelor of Architectural Engineering degree from Penn State University and an MBA degree from Villanova University.
