COA Solutions extends business applications suite with award-winning software as a service (SaaS) spend analysis solution

Under the agreement, COA Solutions will provide its financial management system (FMS) customers with RA.Pid®, an integrated web-based spend analytics service that is powered by Rosslyn Analytics’ SaaS platform, rapidintel.com. This service aggregates spending data from multiple sources, such as accounts payable, procurement, travel and procurement cards, into a single online view of all organisational spend.

By using this spend analytics service, COA Solutions customers are provided with numerous benefits. These include access to critical information in order to identify expenditure reduction opportunities as well as improved compliance with purchasing policies and procedures. As the spend analysis service is fully web-based, it is a cost-effective alternative to traditional business intelligence products, enabling customers to be up and running with accurate spend visibility within a matter of weeks.
