New Flyer Industries Selects Prodiance to Automate Spreadsheet and EUC Controls
Pleasanton, Calif. – December 15, 2009 – Prodiance Corporation, a leading provider of Governance, Risk and Compliance solutions, today announced that New Flyer Industries (TSX:NFI.UN), the leading manufacturer of heavy-duty transit buses in Canada and the United States, has selected the Prodiance Enterprise Spreadsheet Manager (ESM) system to automate internal controls over mission critical spreadsheets used in finance and accounting operations. The Prodiance ESM system will be used by finance and accounting users to accelerate review and approval of changes to critical spreadsheets to support the financial close while providing automated internal controls to satisfy corporate governance mandates.
