Lakeview and Version One Partnership Delivers Integrated Document Management to LM Customers
15 April 2009 – Document management author, Version One (www.versionone.co.uk), today announces its partnership with UK ERP and accounting software provider, Lakeview. The partnership will provide Lakeview customers with an integrated document management and imaging solution in support of the ‘paperless office’. This functionality cuts the costs, staff time and errors associated with manually handling, storing and processing paper documents.
The partnership will initially focus on the provision of BACS-iP functionality to users of Lakeview’s LM accounting software system, allowing them to make automated payments from their LM system. Lakeview will subsequently re-sell Version One’s other document management and imaging solutions, enabling LM users to electronically create, manage, deliver, store, retrieve and authorise finance documents directly from their accounting system.
