Company Earns Coveted NorthCoast 99 Award for 5th time

Foundation Software Inc., developer of award-winning FOUNDATION® for Windows® construction accounting software, has been awarded the coveted title as one of Northeast Ohio’s best places to work for the fifth time as a NorthCoast 99 recipient.

Introduced in 1999, the annual program is presented by the Employers Resource Council (ERC), Northeast Ohio’s leading and largest employers’ association dedicated to human resources programs and services. NorthCoast 99, which has become a widely recognized and anticipated event locally, honors “99 great workplaces for top talent in Northeast Ohio.” To become a NorthCoast 99 company, an organization must excel in seven fundamental workplace characteristics including: flexibility, opportunity, recognition, development, security, support, and talent integrity.
