Comtech Solutions releases enhanced financial reporting tool in VisionCore 3.1

Comtech Solutions introduces its Financial Report Designer in VisionCore 3.1 to asisst financial officers and planners in creating managing complex financial data in a simple-to-use tool.

(Houston, TX – October 20, 2008). Comtech Solutions (www.comtechsolutions.com) announces the release of VisionCore Accounting 3.1 introducing its new Financial Report Designer module. This new module allows controllers and financial team members to easily create and generate financial reports without the need of having to dive into complex report code or other programming languages.

With the Financial Report Designer, detailed and complex reports are configured through an intuitive report designer allowing you to create and assign rows and columns you want to be displayed on your financial report. Rows and columns can be adjusted, moved, and have their font adjusted to assist in specifying certain areas of the report to highlight.

In addition to easily configured report specifications, the report designer allows direct connection with the budget you configured on the start of your fiscal period. These budget figures can be used to compare with the actual general ledger amounts and be shown on the financials.

Financial officers will have increased report capabilities without the burdened task of learning reporting tools or requesting outside resources to configure custom reports. This all-inclusive tool further extends the robust Active Reporting tools embedded in VisionCore Accounting.
