After a major windows problem and importing my windows backup into reinstalled DAC Easy Version 11 I keep getting a message "paper size not supported by printer" when I try any paper size other than 11 x 17 paper. I used this same Savin 8020D copier\printer before this and it has worked fine, any suggestions would be welcome as I prefer to use 8.5 x 11 paper and can not figure out what is not right in my settings.
