Hello,
Using an older version of OWP and it posted a credit to revenue with no corresponding debit to AR. My trial balance is out of balance. I need to post a one sided entry but the system won't allow. I see a fix for a later version of OWP and am hoping that someone knows of a fix in an older version, 4.6.
SInce I know what the entry is, I can back out manually for tax purposes but fear I won't be able to close the year end. If there is no fix, does anyone know how if I can close out the year?
