I am hoping hat someone can provide some insight. I am upgrading the system that our bookkeeper has One-Write Plus on. The system is running Windows 7. I am having issues with backup files from 6.02 version being seen as version 5, prompting me to run the script to convert to 6.x. When I try to run the script, it gives me an error (not that I'm surprised).
Thinking that it might be a problem with Windows 7, I installed it on the Windows XP virtual machine that can be created on a Windows 7 box. I am getting the same error, though. My question is whether this is an OS issue, and I should consider loading the system with Windows 2K, or if this really is an issue with the backup files.
