How did you lose your files, by formatting your hard disk or delete the workijng file AND the backup?
I would reinstall OWP, and start from scratch with a new company. Make sure that you have deleted the OWP directory, all its files and any backup files somewhere in your backup directory. This is an esy install.
OR just create a new company using a differebt 8 character file ID.
