We are having the same problem at Prism Photo Ltd. in Victoria BC. Have you heard of any fixes for this problem. I can bring up the HST under "taxes" in the Global Variables and put in the 12% and zero out the PST and GST. But when I try to print an invoice no tax shows up. What I can't figure out is why there is a category for HST in the taxes category but the 12% doesn't transfer to the invoice.
