I figured it out. Evidently the settings files are stored in our case in a user's network drive O:. The shortcut we use to start the program specifies this:
P:\ZPLUS.BAT /v3 /so:\accpac /uo:\accpac /po:\accpac
P: is where the zplus.exe is and O: is where the settings are.
So I copied the accpac settings folder from an existing user's O: drive to the new user's O: drive and it works fine now. We were able to change the settings to reflect the new user and her printer.
