Are you getting any error messages? Are you able to get into Accpac as the new user but nothing shows up on the menu? Does the new user have the same network rights as the old user? When the old user goes into Accpac, is a password require? Have you looked at the shortcut properties to see if there is anything pointing to the specific user's profile?
