My company has written many integrations between Primavera Contract Manager and Timberline Accounting. It's really a pain to get data into Timberline, as they have no API and the ODBC driver provides only limited access. We ended up having to write code that simulates a user, clicking menu items and buttons in the GUI to import commitments. Very ugly, but it works!
