I have Crystal Reports Vers 4.5  (you can open and edit all your One Write Plus forms) and I have created a new laser form. With the SS# in the correct fields.
If you want it I can email the rpt file and you replace your old one. Also if your state id doesnt print I can put your state id in for you so it prints.
I have also customized our invoices and can insert logo's and graphics into your laser forms.
