For a flexible export to Excel, you can download an evaluation copy of Adagio Payables and point it at a copy of your data.
If you are using one of the more recent versions of ACCPAC Plus, no conversion is required for Adagio to see the data.
Under the File drop down, choose Export/vendors. A default export will be displayed. You can change it to export in Excel Format, and choose the fields to include. You can arrange the fields in any order.
Use Save As to keep the export format for re-use.
