Hi,
I help manage an IT Dept at my work. Recently Accounting has been reporting that when they double click the ACCPAC Plus icon on their desktop the screen goes black for a second and then returns to the desktop.
The Icon is pointing to a file on our file and print server called PLUS.EXE. The same thing happens when I double click this program. No error given.
The DOS based version is way before my time, I would like to help them out but I don't really know where to start. What is PLUS.EXE looking for? What type of files, extensions, etc.
Anything else I should be looking for?
