i have a strange problem. i could not finish year end as i kept getting the message "month not closed". go to see October was a funny situation. the bank balance and the trial balance show the right numbers, but none of the cash transactions or a/p transactions have been posted. when i post, all the figures are out of balance and a large number in the accounts payable line item. program does not allow me to get rid of that number and tells me it's a detailed account. i am very confused and would love it if somebody could help me. also has anybody had a problem with printing the 941. i bought a new printer and the 941 is printed in some completely foreign characters. i am using version 11.
