Firstly, the acronym is 'SDK' rather than 'skd' and stands for 'Software Development Kit'

Go to references configuration in your VB.NET project and ensure that you have referenced the correct DLL. If not, unload it from the project and load the correct one from the Peachtree SDK installation directory.
