How do you change the header in V.10?  It won't print properly and I believe it is because the header is set to 0.  I need to reset it but I can't find where to do that.  I upgraded from Y2K6 to V.10 and that seems to be the only problem left that I need to fix.

Any help would be appreciated.  Thank you.
