Does anyone know if there is a way to charge a monthly flat rate for utilities by unit type?  Currently, we have to charge each unit individually... which right now doesn't take to long but we are in the process of installing several more properties.  But the idea is that we charge each 3 bedroom XX amount/month, each 2 bedroom XX amount/month, and so on... and this amount obviously changes each month according to usage.  Does anyone know if we can create one batch that will charge each 3 bedroom XX amount (so by unit type) , another batch for 2 bedrooms, etc??  We are using Yardi Voyager... I tried posting a fixed charge but that charges one amount to every tenant in the property.  I thought about creating a monthly posting but since the amount changes every month I don't know if that would work either???  So any ideas would be greatly appreciated...
