I've seen several companies over the years integrate Timberline and Primavera. Timberline is pretty flexible about importing budgets and actual job cost data. Depending on how seamless you want the integration and how you've setup Timberline in addition to other factors would determine how the data would be integrated. For instance one approach would be to use ODBC, another would be to use the import features in Timberline or another would be to use an authorized consultant tool called TC convert.
Whatever you do you'll probably need to help of an authorized Timberline Solution Provider to help you successfully pull it off but it can be done and has been done by many companies.
