I am extremely disappointed in this software's service. I have been a client for five years through my accounting office. My acccounting office recently dropped them. I decided that I had enjoyed the ease of use of their software and did not want to complicate my life by switching. When I contacted them they took their time returning my calls and emails...to tell me that they wanted a year contract for three times the price I had been paying. I tried repeatedly negotiating and everytime I was denied and was told on the final day that I better sign or my service would be dropped. What customer appreciation!! Anyway I recommend if you are in anyway considering this accounting software look somewhere else...they do not care about the small businesses.
