I've never used "Cute PDF" but suspect this may either be a print driver incompatibility, font problem or print quality issue. Try printing to a different printer, check the font settings on the pdf software and see if there's a setting that regulates print resolution. Finally, can you print correctly using Cute PDF from other applications?
