Working as Chief Financial Officer for Wholesale Food Distributor, since “Go Live” week helping the Management in the accounting aspects of robust IBM U2 Universe database engine.

Pioneer in using the ERP software for Financial Reporting, without compromising timeliness. Before the programmers could develop rich features using SQL schema, developed Daily Management Reporting techniques using Data Analysis software. Made to use Computerized Time Systems for accurate and effortless labor recording and payroll processing. Created automatic interface from third party payroll data to ERP software. Created complex queries to extract data for internal use as well as external, such as Price Audit and Brokerage Reports. Introduced paperless record keeping. Converted from conventional dot-matrix printing to rich quality laser printing at fractional cost without using pre-printed forms. Saved in excess of $ 200,000 in various cost associated with the above said. Assisted the Management in acquiring the necessary working capital and managed smooth transition of different Financial Institutions. Also assisted the affiliated Real Estate entities to maximize the ROI by refinancing.
