For a quick way to export (that isn't well formatted), just print the report to a file (tab-delimited works best) and then use the data parsing features of Excel to clean it up. (To export a report to a file, choose "File" from the Report Destination window in the Report Options.)
If you are going to need to do this on a regular basis, it is definitely worth the investment in formatting the way Dynamics exports data through tools such as Dynamics Explorer, Crystal Report Writer, or Dynamics Report Writer.
Good luck!
