For a quick way to export (that isn't well formatted), just print the report to a file (tab-delimited works best) and then use the data parsing features of Excel to clean it up. (To export a report to a file, choose "File" from the Report Destination window in the Report Options.) If you are going to need to do this on a regular basis, it is definitely worth the investment in formatting the way Dynamics exports data through tools such as Dynamics Explorer, Crystal Report Writer, or Dynamics Report Writer. Good luck! Lisa Blair Ireland AcCounting On Computers Incorporated www.AonC.com
