At the end of the financial year of a company, two backup copies of the data was made after rollover. One sent to the accountant and one kept in safe keeping.
They both opened once to check they were OK. Account copy on receipt would not open disk 3. Checking own backup copies disk 3 would not open on ours either.
Disks checked and were fine, no errors. MYOB purged the hard drive so no data is left only these disks which are corrupt on disk 3.
Anyone else experienced this problem! We know of at least two companies who have experienced the same problem.
Any ideas on how to open these backups with a crook disk 3.
Help would be very much appreciated.
