Leading Analyst Firm IDC Reveals PeopleSoft Grew More Than 24 Percent in Stagnant Market
PLEASANTON, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 24, 2002-- PeopleSoft Inc. (Nasdaq:PSFT - News) today announced that IDC has reported PeopleSoft's Human Resource Management (HRMS) solution as the leader in the worldwide Human Resources (HR) and Payroll applications market. IDC independent research revealed that PeopleSoft's HR and Payroll solutions commanded the number one position in 2001 as measured by applications license and related service fee (including maintenance) revenues. This finding demonstrates the tremendous worldwide demand for PeopleSoft's industry-leading HRMS applications.
