The software automatically interrogates and analyzes a company’s QuickBooks data file—the computer file that holds all the company’s data, including its demographic profile, program preferences, general ledger, financial data and other information used in preparing financial statements and management reports.
QDA+ conducts over 100 tests and queries on a company’s data file and reports the problems encountered, their likely cause, the implications of these problems for various aspects of the company’s accounting and management process, and the consultant's recommendations for correcting the problems.
