ClimaTech Signs with Data-Basics for Comprehensive Dispatch and Field Service Management Software Solution
New System to Provide Next Generation Enterprise Software
CLEVELAND, Ohio - Data-Basics Inc., a leading provider of Internet-based enterprise applications for the service, construction and facilities management industries, today announced that ClimaTech Inc, a full-service HVAC contractor serving Western Pennsylvania, has chosen its SAM Pro Enterprise solution.
Tapped after a rigorous selection process by ClimaTech (www.climatech.com), Data-Basics' software will provide a comprehensive service management, mobile workforce and back office accounting solution. With more than 100 employees and 30 users across two separate offices, ClimaTech required an end-to-end solution that would enable the company to continue to grow while improving upon its existing high level of service.
"We feel the service dispatching capabilities in the software will enable us to grow our business without adding additional overhead," said Bradley Taback, president of ClimaTech. "In addition, the software will provide us with more information needed to operate our business as well as allow our customers internet access to critical information which will help them run their businesses more effectively."
The client Web interface Taback refers to – known as CRMAnywhere – gives service-related companies an online tool for customers to access real-time information on work orders, approve quotes and view reports. Central to this online component of SAM Pro Enterprise is Data-Basics' signature Rules-Based Management™ (RBM) technology, which enforces a predetermined set of rules that help to streamline and automate the service workflow. According to Taback, the business-wide streamlining of operations provided by SAM Pro Enterprise will ultimately have a positive impact on ClimaTech's bottom line.
